Click here for detailed class option descriptions. Our teachers have a minimum of a four-year college degree and are called by God to minister to the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical needs of our students. Our desire is to partner with you and your church to build a solid foundation for your child's success.
We have a Christ-centered environment, where the Word of God is woven into our curriculum and daily activities. We train our students to be doers of the Word through character development. Our discipline plan is designed to teach and train in obedience in a loving, firm, and consistent manner by modeling expected traits. Positive reinforcement for making good choices and a loving atmosphere build our student's self-esteem and confidence. Academically, we are preparing our students with kindergarten readiness skills. We address each child's needs for play experiences that expose them to fine- and gross-motor activities, creative expression and exploration. Our classroom teachers allow our students the best educational opportunities available. In addition, we provide teacher specialists in art and physical education for the four- and five-year old programs. Our students enjoy gross-motor activities daily at our playground. On poor weather days, we have access to the indoor gymnasium. Our students enjoy healthy snacks both in the morning and afternoon that meet the requirements of the US Department of Agriculture. Students in our full-day program are provided a rest time following lunch. As our students form friendships which will have a powerful impact on their lives, they learn appropriate ways to interact and relate socially to one another. Our students learn to work cooperatively with adults and interact successfully with other children both inside and outside the classroom setting. The development of good manners for successful experiences in today's society is consistently addressed throughout our school day. Our students learn about self-control, patience and other fruits of the spirit in a nurturing, caring environment. Our staff model godly character traits so that each student knows what is expected. The words spoken build self-esteem and confidence and are reinforced with verbal praise, stickers, trips to the classroom treasure box and the blessing basket. Our students mature and develop in our pre-kindergarten program so that success is their experience in kindergarten.
