Volunteering

You have gifts inside you that fit a need somewhere at MCA! Ever thought it would be cool to be a security guard? You can help for an hour in the morning or afternoon as children move from one part of their day to the next. Or we could use you in the copy centers, libraries, one-time special events, whatever!

If you have an hour or two (or more!) per month, you can make a contribution here that will be greatly appreciated, will have a life-long effect on a child's life, and maybe even meet a undiscovered need in your heart.

Please join us in this important mission. Download and complete the Volunteer Interests Form and turn into the school. When a need arises, someone from the school will give you a call or send an email to find out if you're available to help. We'll find a fit for you and further the plan God has for this ministry and for your life.

Ways you can help:

• Copy Center: complete tasks such as copying, assembling, laminating and die-cutting.
  
• Lunch Room: helps prepare and serve lunch to students at either campus.
  
• Classroom help: actively participates in classroom activities. This is a perfect way to be closely involved in your child or grandchild's academics. Volunteers can corrects papers, help organize class parties, and assist the teacher as needed.
  
• Special Events: help out during Grandparents Days, fundraising events, conferences, orientations and open houses. Simply mark your Volunteer Interest Form for the event(s) you'd like to be involved with, then watch your email for details.

• MOMS: The new MOMS (Moms of Maranatha Students) is running and would love to see you participate.
